You shall ensure that:

• You do not share your personal information with your Co-Passenger(s), and if you do so, the same is at your own risk. You maintain decorum and refrain from indulging in heated discussions or debate(s) with your Co-Passenger(s)
• You do not indulge in any inappropriate behavior, verbal or otherwise, with Your Co-Passenger(s)
• Consume alcohol and banned substances including drugs and psychotropic substances, smoke or consume any toxins while in the aircraft.
• You will adhere to every safety protocol as published by DGCA from time to time as well as follow all the safety instructions given by a pilot or crew member of the aircraft.
• You will cooperate in all the security check at the airport and any objection / non-cooperation will lead to cancellation of your seat without any refund.

You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that:

• is harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever, or unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing another user, the same being qualified to include behavior termed as "indecent representation of women" within the meaning of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986.
• is patently offensive to the online community, such as sexually explicit content, or content that promotes obscenity, pedophilia, racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
• infringes upon or violates any third party's rights, [including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy (including without limitation unauthorized disclosure of a person's name, email address, physical address or phone number)];

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation fee will be charged, 25% post confirmation up to 48 hours in advance. 75% cancellation after that. 100% in case of no show.
• Refusal Policy: The Company as well the aircraft owner has right to refuse the passenger who perceived or deemed to be dangerous for the security of the aircraft or to the co-passengers.
• Seating Arrangements: Seating arrangements shown on website / on the app is just for information purpose, actual seating may be different then what is shown.
• Crew member: The aircraft will not have any flight attendant on board. You need to adhere to safety guidelines demonstrated by the airport hospitality assistant before boarding

By accepting these terms and condition the person affirms that:

• He/she is not declared as an absconding person as per the law of any country.
• He/she is person of sound mind and is eligible to enter this contract.
• He/she is not having any criminal background and he is not guilty of any criminal offence under rule of any country.
• The person (s) who will board the aircraft, should be able to identify himself/herself by showing the original copy of govt issued national ID card (eg: Passport, PAN card, AAdhar Card)
