Role & Responsibility
- Manage the Customer Relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Relationship management with air charter operators
- Solving customers queries
- Liason with the finance and operations teams to resolve customer queries and execute flights

- Ability to handle pressure
- Ability to use CRM softwares
- Process oriented
Experience
- 3-5 years in customer service in services organization
- General Aviation background would be preferred
- IATA certificate would be an advantage
