Job Description

Role:

  • Lead the business development team in setting and achieving the business goals of revenue and profitability
  • Inculcate an achievement and result oriented culture
  • Achieve the set targets
  • Help in positioning and brand development efforts of the organization

Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute an end to end sales and customer acquisition strategy
  • Develop and execute the alliances that are required to enable the customer acquisition strategy
  • Formulate budgets and sales targets, and report on a periodic basis on the progress and activities of Key customers, region wise
  • Perform administrative duties such as sales reporting and forecasting
  • Customer engagement

Experience:

  • Total work experience of 6-10 years
  • Should have successful track record of generating sales and leading teams
  • Exposure in luxury brand selling / selling to Ultra HNI’s / charter sales would be preferred
